WILL: James Sandefur, 1804, Henderson County, KY Last will and testament of James Sandefur Will bk C pg 36 - April 24, 1804 Henderson, County, Ky-Henderson co., Court-1807 November session. The last will & testament of James Sandefur, deceased, was exhibited in court, proved by the oath of John Sandefur, one of the witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of the said deceased, signed and sealed by the said tesator in his presence and in the presence of the two other subscribing witnesses; and thereupon ordered to be received, to-wit: I James Sandefur of lawful age, do hereby make my last will and testament in the manner and following to-wit: (1) I give and bequeath to my son Bennett Sandefur my negro man named Cammel, to him and his heirs forever. (2) Also my feather bed and furniture, also my mare and future increase, also my saddlen tools and also what plantation tools I die possessed of to him and his heirs forever, and Lastly: I do hereby appoint my son Bennett Sandefur and my friend Edmond Hopkins executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this 24th day of April, in the year of our Lord, 1804 signed, sealed, published and declared by and for the last will and testament of James Sandefur of Henderson Co., Ky., in the present of J.
