WILL: Thomas Willingham, 1819, Henderson County, KY The Last Will and Testament of Thomas Willingham of Henderson Co. KY. In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Willingham of Henderson County and state of Kentucky being of perfect mind and Memery do hereby make this my last will and Testament hereby rectifying and Confirmimg the Same. First, I recommend my Soul to that God from whence it came hoping in a full pardon of all its offences against his holy law and a full enjoyment eternal felicity hereafter. 2nily it is my desire that all my just debts be paid. Item I lend to my companion Susen Cald by the same Susey Willingham and by Susey Malden all my Negroes lands stock of horses cattle sheep and hogs house hold and Kitchen Furniture plantation utensils during her living in a single state or untill my Children shall arrive to Lawful Age that I had by her. I give to my Daughter Judey one dollar. 2nily I give to my daughter Sophiah one bed and furniture one cow & calf. And, I give to my son Jarrett all the land lying on the south side of the Big Hill the line running from the corner of my Brother Jarretts fence so as to strike the Branch running between his and my plantation thence up the Branch to the first large hollow thence by the Big hill to Isaac Willinghams line one good chunk of a horse one Bed and furniture one cow & calf. I give to my son Henry all the balance of my Land in the tract I got of Johnson Kilgore one Bed and furniture one cow & calf and one chunk of a horse. I give to my son Isaac all the tract of land whereon I now live his mother living her life time on the land Which I give to him if she shall remain in Single State one Bed and furniture one cow & Calf one good chunk of a horse and Little Joe at his mothers death. I give to my Daughter Susey one Bed and furniture one cow & calf one chunk of a horse and Old Joe at her Mothers Death and it is my wish if there should be any stock left after my children taking what I have will to them as they become of age their Mother should keep it her lifetime and then sold or divided equally between Isaac and Susey. I give to Daughter Jane Hurst One Dollar. I give to my son John Willingham One Dollar. I give to my son Isom Willingham One Dollar. I give to my son William Willingham one Dollar. I give to my Daughter Nancy McDaniel One Dollar. I give to my Daughter Polly Kilgore one Dollar. I give to my Daughter Peggy Willingham one Dollar. I do hereby appoint my Companion Susey Willingham or Susey Malin my Brother Jarrett Willingham and John Davis my Executors to this my last will and testament.
