I thought that instead of dumping it or letting it sit and molder, I'd send it to you folks to help anyone searching for this woman. ___________________ Mrs. Carney W. Doyle Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Shelton Doyle, 85, widow of Carney W. Doyle, 418 Logan Street, died at 1:30 pm Friday in the Capital Manor Nursing Home, following an illness of three months. A native of Henry County, Ky., where she was born September 7, 1882, she was a member of Followers of Jesus Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Claude Brown, Frankfort; a son, Roy Barnett, Leesburg, Fl; 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Rogers Chapel at .... ___________________ The clipping is cut off at this point. I would presume that it was late 1967 being that she is 85 (and it's past 9-7-67) or pre-September 1968. Hope this helps someone :) Thank you for your time and for all of your efforts to help others with their families. My family was scattered through KY and then migrated down to FL - I'm guessing she was an old family friend.
