Commonwealth of Kentucky, Certificate of Death, Vol. 052, Certificate 25734, 
Death Vol. 1945 for Margaret Jane Flack. Margaret was the daughter of John 
Chisholm of Scotland, and Cinderella Parr of Henry County, Kentucky. She was 
the wife of James Flack. The informant was Mrs. Herbert Webb of Polsgrove, 
Kentucky. Margaret was buried in Grubridge Churchyard, Henry County, Kentucky. 
The funeral director was Louis LeCompte. The doctor was M. C. Darnell.
