Commonwealth of Kentucky, Certificate of Death Vol. 006, Certificate 02514, 
Death Vol. 1952. Alexander Bailey of Defoe, Henry County, Kentucky was the son 
of Dennis F. Bailey adn Mary Ellen Foster. The informant was Hugh Bailey. The 
place of burial was Grubridge Churchyard. The funeral director was E. C. 
Thomas. The registrar was Alice Powell. Alexander had been married to Nell 
Flack, also of Henry County, Kentucky.
