Sherri Hall Dec 03 2003 From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 30 Apr 2003 STANFORD -- Services for Forester "Frog" Azbill, 67, of McKinney will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Green River Pentecostal Church by Rick Naylor, Billy Brown and Ed Carman. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Nov. 11, 1935, in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Oscar "Roy" and Lula Johnson Azbill. He was a self-employed mechanic and former employee of Coleran Dodge in Cincinnati and Lexington Dodge. He was a member of Green River Pentecostal Church and had played rhythm guitar at the church for several years. Survivors include his wife, Mae Brown Azbill; a daughter, Teana Brummett of Hustonville; a sister, Geneva Hammonds of Sand Gap; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Marlon, Jimmy and Keith Tillett, Dale Crowley, Lonnie Brown and Don Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Walls, Keith Smith, Bobby Wilcher, Dale Reed, Orville Polston and Russell Brown. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today at the church.
