Jefferson Co, Ky Court Records -  Filson Club, Vol 3, pg 73 -74. 

At a court held for Jefferson County the 3rd day of December, 1781, It appearing to the Court that 
the following persons are intitiled by virture of an Act of Assembly passed May last (1780), to four 
hundred acres of land; each.  Orders taht the County Surveyor lay off to them accordingly viz:
