On front of deed, written by hand "Deed to lot on Hale.  Mosby to Van
Wagner."  Also, Part printed and part hand-written:  "Recorded in Deed Book
No. 1194, Page 132.  December 31, 1925"
 
Deed itself:  Mary Mosby (seller) to Carrie O. Van Wagner, wife of W. B. Van
Wagner.
 
Property described as follows:  "Beginning at a point in the south line of
Hale Avenue, 635 feet east of east line of Thirty-sixth Street; running
thence eastwardly with the south line of Hale Avenue, 25 feet, and extending
back southwardly of that width throughout between lines parallel with
Thirty-Sixth Street, 200 feet to an alley, being a part of the same property
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated December 17th, 1925,
and recorded in deed book 1192, page 177 in the office of the Clerk of
County Court of Jefferson County, Kentucky."  Signed and witnessed 19th of
December 1925.
 
Written by hand beside above are "Part of Lot 48, Blk 1762" and "Now lot 68
city assesor (?) map."
