Louisville Navy Doctor Is Honored by Army Navy Lt. (j.g.) Carroll H. LUHR, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll LUHR, 2308 Woodford Place, was awarded the Combat Medical Badge for battlefield service in Korea, it was announced from Seventh Infantry Division headquarters. LUHR, one of 500 Navy doctors serving with the Army is a graduate of Louisville Male High School and the University of Lousiville. Mr. and Mrs. A.L. MIRUS, 3006 Carson Way, yesterday received word their son, Sfc. Albert F. MIRUS, had been awarded a plaque for meritorious achievement in a leadership training course in Munich, Germany.
