Injury Fatal to Burlingame
Louisville Republican Leader Succumbs From Hurts in Automobile Wreck
Skull Was Fractured

Louisville, Ky., Jan. 10 (.P) -- Paul Burlingame, 55, city and state 
Republican leader, died here early this morning as a result of injuries 
suffered when he drove his automobile head-on into a concrete safety 
zone standard Monday night.

Mr. Burlingame served as assistant sergeant-at-arms at two Republican 
conventions and was active in welcoming Herbert Hoover to Louisville.
