Cummins, Joseph died 27 Oct, 1856 in Jefferson County Ky. He was born Oct. 20, 1816 in 
Jefferson Co.  Parents of William and Elizabeth Capatrick Cummins. He was the husband 
of Manivera Murphy Martin, and the father of William Cummins, Martha Cummins and 
Zachary Taylor Cummins.
