The Death of Dr. Kettig Brought Home From Germany For Burial The remains of Mr. Ernest Kettig, who died in Berlin Germany, March 15, of liver complications, arrived in this city over the C and O road at 9:15 o'clock last night and will be buried this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the public vault in Cave Hill. Mr. and Mrs. Kettig had been in Germany about a year, having gone over on a pleasure trip last spring. He was a native of Germany, but has been a resident of Louisville for the past thirty-six years. His illness was of six weeks duration. The remains were brought over by Mrs. Kettig on the steamer Aller, of the (S)?hort German Lloyd line, and were met in New Your by his son, W. H. Kettig, of Birmingham, Ala. and at Lexington by another son Dr. E. M. Kettig. of this city. The deceased leaves family consisting of his wife, one daughter Mrs. Charles Berle and three sons - W. H. Kettig of Birmingham and Charles H. and Dr. E. M. Kettig, of this city. The deceased was sixty years of age. Contributed by Bernadette Wallace
