Funeral Friday for Miss Martha Kennedy' died in Cincinnati

       Funeral services are announded for Martha Elizabeth Kennedy to be conducted 
Friday afternoon at 1:3- at the McDaniel Brothers funeral parlors, in Louisville.  
Miss Kennedy, who was in her eighteeth year died at the Good Samaritan Hospital in 
Cincinnati, Wednesday morning at 11:20.  She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles 
F. Kennedy.
      Miss Kennedy, who had won several honors while a student in Southern Junior and 
the Louisville Girls high school, where she was president of her class, was a victim 
of a complicated illness of several month duration.  The Kennedys lived in Louisville 
until less than two years ago.
       The remains were brought here from Cincinnati later Wednesday.  In addition to 
her parents, deceased is survived by one brother, Billy Kennedy, 13 years old.  She 
was a grand daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Porter.       Following the funeral services 
which will be in charge of the Rev. Elwyn Wilkerson, the remains willbe brought to 
Jeffersontown to be interred in the cemetery here.
