LLOYD, the manager of the Kentucky and Tennessee United States Insurance Company, died at 9 o'clock last evening at his country home in Lagrange. His death was very sudden, none of his family having expected the end though he had been ill for some time. After tea he began complaining of his heart and it was but a few minutes later when he died. Mr. LLOYD had been conspicuously connected with the insurance business for the past 23 years. His wife who was Miss DEISENGER, died 4 years ago leaving 4 children, 3 daughters and 1 son. The deceased was about 50 years of age. The remains will probably be buried near his home, but the funeral arrangements have not been made.
