  Anna Ellen "Nixie" PEAVLER, 80, of Louisville, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at 
Christopher East Health Care in Louisville.  She was the former Anna Ellen HOLT, a retired 
seamstress for the Masonic Widows and Orphans Home, a member of the Bloomfield Baptist 
Church and of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Lee PEAVLER and her parents, George and Anna Lee 
BUNCH HOLT.
  Survivors include her husband, Vyron PEAVLER; a daughter, Vynetta GLASS of Louisville; a 
son, Eric Wayne PEAVLER of Louisville, one grandchild; and a brother, Fred HOLT of Chaplin.
  Funeral services will be on Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999, at 3:30 p.m. at Houghlin Funeral Home 
in Bloomfield. Bro. Donald GOWIN will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in 
Bloomfield. Visitaton will be today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Jan 30, 1999, from 9 
a.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.   Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
