Writer for Newspapers Dies in Lexington. Lexington Ky. April 10--Miss Letitia Peter, 81 years old, is dead at her country home, "Winton" of infirmities due to old age. She was a daughter of the late Dr. Robert Peter, one of the South's most distinguished scientists, and a sister of Dr. Alfred Peter, of the Kentucky Experiment Station. She was a frequent contributor to newspapers under the name of "X-Ray".
