Died: Saturday, August 7, 1999 at the St. Matthews Manor Nursing Home. Age 82. 
Native of Cave City, retired technician with the WHAS television station in 
Louisville, veteran of World War II & a member of the Woodland Baptist Church.
Survivors:
Wife: Retha Marsh Puckett
Daughter: Jennie L. Puckett
Sister: Stella Anderson
Services: Conducted on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Pearson-Ratterman Brothers 
Funeral Home. Burial in Middletown Cemetery
