Member County Police Force Fatally Injured When Motorcycle Skids Clarence G. Rapson, member of the county police force with residence at Jeffersontown, died Friday afternoon at 3:30 at the city hospital from injuries received the night previous, in exactly what way will probably never be known. While a native of Illinois, officer Rapson who was 50 years old had spent most of his life in and near Jeffersontown, Kentucky and had been twice married. He was serving his tenth year as patrolman. The funeral was from the Jeffersontown Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 2:30 conducted by Rev. Fred Tucker of East Baptist church of Louisville and burial was in Resthaven cemetery.
