Pfc. Theodore J. Roemele, 35, husband of Mrs. Helen B. Roemele, Jeffersontown, was 
killed in France July 11.  Son of Charles Roemele, Louisville, he was a nurseryman 
prior to joining the Army in January, 1943. Three brothers are in service: Frank, in 
the Pacific; George, in Italy, and Anthony, in Hawaii.  Others surviving, brother, 
Adolph Roemele, Jeffersontown; sisters, Mrs. Theodore Vowels, Shively; Mrs. Rudy
Ellingsworth, Del Ray Beach Fla.; and Miss Marie R. Roemele, Jeffersontown.
