Mrs. Stromberger, Pastor's Wife, Dies. Mrs. Clara Johnson Stromberger, 65, a native of Sandusky, Ohio, died today at her home in Hebron, Ky. She was the wife of the Rev. Jesse E. Stromberger, pastor of the Hebron Lutheran Church. He formerly held the pulpit at Christ Lutheran Church, Jeffersontown. Mrs. Stromberger was past president of the Jeffersontown Parent-Teacher Association and of the Women's Missionary Society of the Kentucky-Tennessee Synod. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert R. Miller; one son, John, one grandchild; two brothers, Nick and Frank Johnson, both of Sandusky, and one sister Miss Minnie Schumacker, Miama, Fla. The funeral will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday at the Hebron Lutheran Church. The body will lie in state at Christ Lutheran Church, Jeffersontown, from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
