Beloved husband of Mrs. Grace W. Thurman; father  of Leroy C., Rev. Wm. Peyton Thurman of 
Hopkinsville,Ky.; Allen G. Thurman,  Jr., and Noel Thurman, and Mrs. W. W. Herrin, Emporia, Miss.; also 
survived  by 6 grandchildren; brothers, John, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Rufus, Whiteland,  Ind.; 2 sisters, Mrs. 
Ida Carrithers, Jeffersontown, Ky., Mrs. Blanche Cox,  Hambleton, Ohio.  Funeral from Herbert C. Craile 
Funeral Home, Frankfort and  Peterson Aves., at 2 p.m. Wednesday.  Interment in Resthaven Cemetery.
