VERTREES, Mrs. Cordelia (neeBruner), passed away Wednesday, September 11, 1957, at 
1:25 p.m.,at the residence of her son 3341 W. Kentucky; family residence, 1415 Airway 
Ct. Devoted Mother of Mrs. Alma M Anderson, Mrs. Mary Ellen Brady, and Mrs Natalie Ann 
Long, all of Louisville, Mrs. Betty Priola,Ft. Jay N.Y. Messrs. Gilbert and William  
E. Vertrees of Louisville, and Mr. Charles C. Vertrees of Compton Cal.: sister of Mrs. 
Elsie Howard ofLouisville, Mrs Dessie Williams, Messrs, Roscoe and Otto Bruner of  
ClarksonKy.;  Mr. Ben Bruner of Rio Ill. , and Mr. Leonard  Bruner of Lebanon 
Ind.;also survived by 29 grandchildren and 7 greatgrand children. Remains resting at 
the Owen Funeral home 2611 Virginia Ave.. Funeral Saturday at 10 a.m. from the Owen 
Chapel . Burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m.today
