WELSH - Thursday, October 7, 1937, at 5:05 p.m., Henry P. WELSH, age 51 years, beloved 
father of Mrs. Thelma CARR, Herbert, Walter, Robert and Clifford WELSH. Remains at the 
residence of his son Herbert WELSH, 1308 Dixie Highway.  Funeral from the residence 
Saturday, October 9th, at 2:20 p.m.  Interment in Resthaven Cemetery.

10-7-37, death is said to have occurred on the date stated above at 5:20 pm.  The principal 
cause of death and related causes of importance in order of onset were as follows: 
Broncho - pneumonia
Intestinal obstruction, still unknown
