Fiscal Court Bldg date 11/ 3 /43 Ky. His youngest daughter would be 13 on Oct 31, so I'm sure with the unexpected death, and the birthday of his youngest daughter, Grandma was probably to upset to tell the names of the Father and Mother, but they were James A. Vertrees, and Margaret Ann Cook. Grandparents were written ______Vincent, but his mother was Lydia Elizabeth Kiper and Thomas W. Vertrees. I'm not sure if when Lydia died if Thomas married again, or if they just didn't know who the Grandmother was.
