Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Vertrees were married on Christmas Eve in 1905 in Louisville
and will celebrate their 50th anniversary with open house for friends and
relatives from 2-4 p.m. on Christmas Day in their home 323 S. 39th. Vertrees,
Formerly a general contractor, became a real estate broker about 20 years ago,
and he is till engaged in the business. They have two daughters, Miss Ann
Vertrees and Mrs. F. C. Kelly, Fisher. Ill. and two Grandchildren. no date on
the paper, but we know it had to be 1955 right
