I, John Wilhoit, of the County of Jefferson and State of Kentucky, being in bad health and of sound mind and memory, do constitute and make this my last will and testament in manner and form following to viz: In the first place, I desire all my just debts to be paid. In the next place, I lend upon my well beloved wife, Elizabeth Wilhoit, as much of my estate as she may think proper to take during her life or she ___ that part of my estate that she may not want, it is my desire, it may be sold and the money equally divided between my sons and daughters except Aaron Wilhoit who is not to come in for an equal proportion until each of my sons and daughters get one hundred dollars each and should the property which my wife may think proper to give up, sell for more, than will give each of my children except Aaron, one hundred dollars each. Then in that case, it is my desire that Aaron Wilhoit shall come in for an equal proportion of the balance at the death or intermarriage of my well beloved wife. It is my desire that my whole estate of every nature and property may be sold and the money equally divided among all my children. Lastly, I appoint my well beloved wife executrix of this my last will and testament to which I have subscribed my hand and seal this third day of December, one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
