IV Page 171 Will of Phillip ZILHART, "weak in body" gives to son George ZILHART the farm near Jeffersontown, and for this, George is to pay all testator's debts to the amount of $100.00 and to pay to other of testators children except son Philip who already has his portion, $200.00 each in four annual installments of $50.00 each.All the household and personal property to be sold by executor, and the money not necessary to pay just debts is to be equally divided among all children except Philip. The house and lot in Jeffersontown wherein testator now lives, he gives to daughter Fanny for her life and at her death to her two sons Mathew Henry and William OWENS.
