Young Magistrates of Jessamine County. In this, 1898, Jessamine county is divided into five magisterial districts. At the last November election, the gentlemen, chosen to fill this responsible office were as follows: JAMES T. BARKLEY. He resides in Nicholasville. He was the son of Mason Barkley, who was a large farmer on the Harrodsburg Pike. He was born in 1848, and is engaged in the hardware business in Nicholasville.
