Railey, 88 years old, died at his home, 545 South Broadway, Lexington, Thursday afternoon, Oct. 16 , 1913, after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Railey, three sisters, Mrs. W. F. Rogers, Mrs. William Haggard, of Lexington, and Miss Macey C. Railey, of Kansas City, and one brother, James C. Railey of Nicholasville. The funeral services took place at the Lexington cemetery chpael, Friday afternoon at 4 0'clock, the Rev. Mark Collis officiating. RARICK, MARY LYNN Mrs. Mary Lynn Rarick died Saturday, June 12, 1915, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. N. R. Dickerson, after a long illness. Mrs. Rarick was born in Nicholasville in 1878 and lived here all of her life. The deceased possessed many lovable traits of character, which enabled her to bear her long illness with great fortitude and patience. In 1899, she was married to E. S. Rarick, who, with her parents and two daughters, Lucille and Phil Rarick, of Nicholasville, and three brothers, Dr. L. B. Dickerson, of Clearwater, Fla.; Julian Dickerson, deputy county clerk, and Woodson Dickerson, who at present is in Paris, France, and three sisters, Mrs. W. R. Shaw, of Bartletsville, Okla.; Mrs. Scott Mathews and Miss Reba Dickerson, of Nicholasville, survive. Funeral services were held from the residence of her parents, Monday at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. O. B. Crockett. (rest of obit unreadable) REYNOLDS, TIMANDRA Died, at Lampassas, Texas, Jan. 3, 1910, Mrs. Timandra Reynolds, who left Jessamine County for Texas thirty-five years ago. She was aged eighty years and was the mother of Rev. Tom Reynolds, a Methodist minister and aunt of Mrs. Emma Reynolds Miller of this city and Mrs. Thomas Horine of Sulphur Well. The remains were expected to arrive here last night. Deceased was the widow of John M. Reynolds, for many years a resident of Sulphur Well. REYNOLDS, THOS. I Thos. I. Reynolds died at his home in Nicholasville, Saturday, April 24, 1909, from a complicaton of diseases, aged 30. He was a son of Levi Reynolds, a plumber by trade, and an industrious and honorable young man. He is survived by his father, wife and two small children and four brothers. Funeral services were held at the late home on Mulberry street, Rev. E.B. Hill officiating. The remains were taken in charge by the Modern Woodmen of the World, of which the deceased was a member, and interred in Maple Grove cemetery. RIDDLE, G. B. On the 19th inst., after several weeks illness of paralysis, G. B. Riddle, of near Logana, passed away. A wife, two sons and two daughters survive him. Messrs. John and Jas. L. Riddle and Mrs. M. Murphy and Mrs. (?) P. Tudor, all of this county. The deceased was born near Mt.Vernon, Rockastle county, in 1828, and hunted bear and deer in that county in 1853. He moved with his family to Ohio, but a few years later returned to Kentucky. He had resided in this county since 1875 and had been a member of the Christian church for fifty years. Obit from 3-29-1901 issue of The Jessmaine Journal ROSE, H. W. H. W. Rose, a former merchant tailor of Nicholasville, died at the home of his son, David B. G. Rose, Louisville, April 28, 1909, aged 69 years. The remains were taken to Cincinnati for interment. He was a member of the Masonic order and served a short time in the Federal army. He removed from Nicholasville about twelve years ago to Elwood, Ind., where his son, Charles Mann Rose, had taken up his residence, and of late, he had been in declining health, but his death was rather sudden. Deceased was born in Cincinnati. (rest of obit unreadable) ROSS, MARY FOX Mrs. Mary Fox Ross, wife of James Ross, died suddenly at her home in Nicholasville, Thursday morning, April 4, 1907, of intestinal obstruction. She had been complaining since Monday of feeling unwell, but it was not thought her ailment was of a serious nature. The deceased was born in Ireland 63 years ago. She came to this country when a little girl, with her parents, who located at Danville. Her mother, Mrs. Bridget Fox, now resides in Danville. Mrs. Ross is survived by her husband and three children; Mrs. John Carr and Will Ross, Danville, and James Ross, Jr., Lexington. Mrs. Wm. Tankersley, Mrs. David Welch, Mrs. J. J. Reynolds and Joseph Ross are step-children of the deceased. Mrs. Ross was a good woman, kind and charitable, and ever ready to help those in distress. Funeral services will be held at St. Luke's Catholic church this morning at 9 0'clock.  RUTHERFORD, PRUDEN Miss Pruden Rutherford, daughter of the late Joseph Rutherford, died at the home of Riley Rutherford, Union Mills, Dec. 12, 1914, aged 60. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the residence, Rev. G. W. Nutter officiating, followed by interrment in Maple Grove cemetery.
