Netter "Miller" Carter was married to Elbert Carter and in this union the 
couple had three children. 
william Buford Carter, Henrey Carter and Edgar Carter my dad Edgar is burried 
in the Rest Haven Memorial Garden in Avon Lorain County,Ohio He was born on 
October 11,1905 and passed away on Feb 23,1987 at the age of 83 Nettie's Great, 
Great Grandfather served in the ARW and the government gave him 258 1/2 acres 
of land for his serves,the Miller Family Cemetery is located on the land that 
is now in the family of the late Doctor Dean located on snowen lane 
Nickolasville, Kentucky and as well the miller family is some of the early 
settlers of Jessimine County, Kentucky.


Nettie Miller's Great, Great Grandfather was Francis Miller
date of birth 1748 in Culpeper County, Va
date of death October 16,1838 in Jessimine County, Kentucky
Great, Great Grand mother Elizabeth "Freeman" Miller born in
Culpeper County, Va 1769 and date of death April 5 1845 in
Jessimine County, Kentucky. They are burried on the Dean Farm along with their 
children and familey members.
