Born July 21, 1921, in Odds, Johnson County, Ky., she was the daughter of the late George M. and Cora Honeycutt Wells. She and her husband were owners of IGA Foodliner stores in the Henryville area for 40 years. She was a member of the Christian Church and a member of the Wells Family Association. She was the widow of Johnie T. Adams. Survivors include a son, Garry Adams of LaGrange; two daughters, LaDonna Campbell of Scottsburg, Ind., and Susan Noland of Stanford; a brother, Henry Wells of South Point, Ohio; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grand-children. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at R.D. Pyke Funeral Service by Keith Burgess. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery. Memorials may go to Hospice of Southern Indiana.
