When Charlene Blanton was born on October 10, 1950, in Johnson, Kentucky, her 
father, melvin, was 25 and her mother, Jewell, was 24. She had three brothers

Charlene Blanton, 61, of River, Ky., wife of Danny Blanton, died Sunday, July 
22, 2012. 



She was born October 10, 1950, in Paintsville.



She was secretary at Wrights Lbr. Co. 



Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Community Pentecostal Trinity 
Church. Burial at Blanton Cemetery, Oil Springs, Ky. 



Friends may call from 3:30 to 9 p.m. today at the church.



Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville is in charge of arrangements.
