LAMBERT 2926, Kenton Co. Surname: Lambert, Guerin dit St Hilaire, Toebble Kentucky: A History of the State, Battle, Perrin, & Kniffin, 7th ed., Kenton Co. REV. LEO M. LAMBERT was born in Quebec, Canada, May 4, 1837, and is a son of Francis and Euphronia (Guerin dit St. Hilaire) Lambert, natives of Canada. Francis Lambert was a farmer, and a son of Gabriel Lambert, of Canada, also a farmer. Leo M. Lambert was educated at the Quebec Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 1865. He was ordained at Covington, Ky., in 1874, by Bishop Toebble, of Germany. His first charge was as assistant of the bishop of St. Mary's, in Covington, Ky., where the average attendance was 550 families. Politically, Rev. Lambert is a Democrat.
