Directions:  Head north on Highway 229 from Bailey’s Switch.  After you pass Jarvis Store, you will come to a stone house on the left (which used to be the Knox Fork one-room schoolhouse.  Turn left between the stone house and the Pilgrim Holiness Church.  Follow the road left around the base of the hill.  You will need to park along the roadside near the Bingham house and walk up the hill in front of his house.  Beware of the electric fence!  You can barely see the cemetery from the bottom of the hill.



There are 52 marked graves dating as far back as 1878 and several broken and/or illegible stones or field markers in this cemetery.  The lower section is reasonably full and an upper section has been opened with more recent graves. The cemetery was deeded to Knox County two years ago by the Greene Bingham family on whose property it is located.
	 The cemetery was transcribed on June 11, 2002 by Norman and Carol Anderson.  Every effort was made to record information accurately.
