DORTHA "DOROTHY" CAMPBELL FAULKNER, age 90, of Lexington, Kentucky passed away 
on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at the Pine Meadows Health Care Center in 
Lexington.
She was born on November 21, 1915 in Barbourville, Knox County, Kentucky to 
the late James Campbell and Nannie Sexton Campbell.
She was a Homemaker and a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis 
Faulkner; son, Donald Wayne "Donnie" Faulkner; and daughter, Ruby Jean 
Thompson.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Shirley Falukner; son, Jim Faulkner, both 
of Lexington; five grandchildren, Joseph C. Thompson of Colorado, Rhonda and 
Keith Thompson of Michigan, Linda Wright of Indiana and James C. Faulkner of 
North Carolina; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Nell Earl, Marie 
Powell and Rose Howard, all of Kentucky; numerous nieces and nephews; and many 
friends and loved ones who will mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at 
the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 12, 2006 at the Vankirk-
Grisell Funeral Home Chapel in Corbin.
Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, Knox County, Kentucky.
