Rachel E.Black died on July 12, 1966 at the Southeast Kentucky Baptist 
Hospital, Corbin, Whitley County, Kentucky recorded on Kentucky State 
certificate file no. 116 66 17753. 

She was residing in rural Gray, Kentucky, and died of stomach cancer. 

Her father is John Dalton Martin & and mother is Lucy Frances Johnson.

Husband: Charles Frank Black.

She married Charles Frank Black on November 8, 1916 in Gray, Knox County, 
Kentucky as recorded in Book A/4 Page 28, Knox County Clerk, Barbourville, 
Kentucky.   Rachel Ellen and Frank were the parents of Ora Mae Black.
