Additional Comments: Vernon Eugene Martin was born on September 18, 1916, in Gray, Knox County, Kentucky, to David Radford Martin and Nannette Serena Walters. Vernon perished on January 6, 1985 in Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon. VERNON EUGENE MARTIN was buried with his father, David Radford Martin, his grandfather John Dalton Martin, his grandmother, Lucy Frances Johnson Martin, and his uncles Samuel A. Martin and James Parker Martin at the John Dalton Martin Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Arapaho Trail, Harris Road, Gray, Knox County, Kentucky. He was awarded a High School diploma by the Knox County Public Schools, in Knox County, Kentucky. Vernon Eugene Martin was a thespian actor in high school, and played minor roles in serveral Holywood films, while off duty in the Los Angeles, California area.
