"I Reverend Robert Shore, a minister of the Baptist Church, or religious order 
of that name, do certify that on the 5th day of February 1921 at the home of  
the bride, Kentucky,  under the authority of the above license, I united in 
Marriage Creed Martin & Otie Cox, the persons named and described therein, in 
the presence of George Bullock, and J.P.Martin.  I qualified and gave bond, 
according to law, authorizing me to celebrate the rites of Marriage in the 
County (or city) of Knox, State of Kentucky.  Given under my hand. this 5th 
day of February, 1921..Signed Rev. Robert Shore
