I Robert McAfee of Mercer County State of Kentucky being in my right mind and judgement, and as sou----- my Estate that is to say as for those of my children that are married and not named that I have gave that part of my Estate to them as far as I allow, to wit, Margaret, Janie, Sara, Samuel and Mary has got all allotted to them and after the payment of my debts Ann is to have two hundred acres of land of the upper end of my five hundred acres. One hundred and ten acres or more of land in a warrant said on the halfs for Edmon Singalton on the dividing ridge between Salt river and Chaplong near the head of Lyons run to be giving to James Thompson Sirvair of Lincoln in lew of some that I sold of his on Thomsan's Creek Chahlings waters.
