JOHN NAVE John Nave, 40, of Corydon, formerly of Uniontown, died Saturday at 2pm at Deaconess Hospital in Evanville after an illness. Survivors include his mother and father, Mary Nave and Hershel R. Nave, both of Corydon; three sisters, Linda Strunje of Louisville, Martha Cunningham of New Albany, IN, and Joan Graham of Pride, and several nieces and nephews. Services were at 11Tuesday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield with Rev. Bill Patterson and Rev. Robert Fulcher officiating. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs. I don't know the name of the newspaper or the exact date of publication. It was sometime between 1967 and 1969. GOODIN Mrs. Cora Bell GOODIN, Rt.3 Columbia, died after an illness of several days on Wednesday, June 21, at the hospital here. She was 87 and the wife of the late John William GOODIN who died in 1952. Surviving are five sons and six daughters. Paul GOODIN and Florence PIKE, both of Rt. 3, Columbia, Homer and Oscar GOODIN, Mrs. Ester BERTEL, Mrs Hattie BOHANON and Mrs. Ida BRYANT all of Indianapolis, Walker GOODIN, Muncie Ind. Mrs. Gertrude CORBIN, Morrison, ILL., William GOODIN, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Mrs. Lula STREEVAL, Edinburg, Ind.; one brother, Elvin SHACKLEFORD, St. Louis, Mo., one sister, Mrs. Ella BURCHETT, Louisville, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Reverend Avery Sollenberger conducted the funeral services on Friday, June 23, at Stotts and Phelps Funeral Home. Interment was in the New Hope Church cemetery. Pall-bearers were Homer GOODIN, Mitchel PARKER, George McCLISH, Raymond BURTON and Van GOODIN.
