RoseAnne Holladay Will of William Holladay, Senior In the name of God Amen I William Holladay Senr. of Nicholas County & State of Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory but infirm by reason of age, and being anxious to settle my worldly estate to prevent collision at my decease do make ordain and publish This my last Will and Testament 1st I will my soul to my almighty creator, my body at my decease to the earth, to be buried in a christian like manner 2nd To my daughters Elizabeth Buckner, Nancy Talbott, Clarissa Robinson & Lucy Throckmorton, I gave each four hundred dollars at their marriage. also to my sons Thomas John William & Robt I gave also at their marriage the like sum of four hundred dollars each. Now it is my will and desire that they and each of them having nothing farther until the Balance of my children by my first wife, as well as all & every one of my children by my present wife which she now has or may have shall have Rec'd the sum of four hundred dollars each - and then I will and desire that the balance of my estate after the payment of debts shall be equally divided amongst all my children except as to my Grandson William P Robinson heir of Clarissa Robinson Dec'd late Clarissa Holladay, to whom I give the sum of one dollar.
