Witnesseth that the said Elihu Green for and In consideration of the Sum of Thirty pounds to him in hand paid the receipt thereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied and paid, hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents Doth give grant, bargain and Sell unto the said Richard Lee his heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in Madison County containing one Hundred Acres be the same more or less. Witneseth that the said Robert Caldwell for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds Current money of Kentucky to him in hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and forever acquit and Discharge the said Richard Lee his heirs Executors and Administration hath bargained sold alind and Confirmed and by these presents do Grand bargain sell alin and Confirm unto the said Richard Lee his heirs and assigns forever all that had a parcel of land lying and being in the County of Madison and State of Kentucky in the waters of Taylor's Fork of Silver Creek and bounded as follows.
