Witnesseth that the said Rachel Bell for and in consideration of the sum Sixty pounds current money of kentucky to her in hnd paid the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge and for herself and her heirs doth fully clearly and absolutely sell alien _______ confirm unto the aforesaid Richard Lee and unto his heirs and asigns forever one certain Tract Divident or parcel of land containing by survey one hund and twelve acres situate lying and being in the county of Madison on the waters of the walnut Meadow fork a branch of paint lick and Bounded s followeth. Witnesseth that the said Richard Lee for the consideration of six hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said William Wilkerson the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath bargained sold aliened granted and confirmed unto the said William Wilkerson and by these Presents doth bargain sell grant alien and confirm unto the said William Wilkerson a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Madison County on the waters of the walnut meadow fork a branch of paint Lick creek Containing one hundred and twelve acres and bounded as follows.
