Witnesseth that the said Thomas Lee for and in consideration of the Sum of Seventy pounds ten shillings lawful money of the State aforesaid to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Ebenezar Titus his heirs and assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Madison on the waters of Silver Creek and bounded as follows to wit.
