Item 2nd I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Fanny Leathers, during her natural life or her Widowhood, all my estate of every description of which I may die possessed, but if she should marry then she is to have her thirds. Item 3rd And after the death of my said wife I will all my lands to my son Alfred Leathers, and his heirs forever, together with all my farming Materials[?], and one half of all the Stock that may be on hand at the death of my said Wife. Item 4th The remainder of my estate not otherwise here disposed of, I will to the Rest of my children and their heirs to be Equally divided amongst them. Item 5 I appoint my son John Leathers, Executor to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others heretofore made, In Testimony Whereof I have hereinto ___ my hand and seal this day of 1838. Was produced in Court and proven by the Oaths of John Susey and Jeremiah Anderson the two subscribing Witnesses thereto, to be the act and deed of the said Nicholas Leathers, whereupon the said writing together with this certificate hath been duly admitted to Record in my office.
