He furnished bond with Grant McDaniel as surety. __________ Deaths SELLARDS - Dr. A. S. Sellards, one of Portsmouth's most prominent physicians, died last week. He was a brother of Co. Elias Sellards of Garrison. SPRINKLE - Mrs. Joseph Sprinkle of Fairview died Sunday of creeping paralysis. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter and two sons. Funeral Tuesday a.m. at Black Oak. DAVIS - In last weeks notice there was a death announcement of Arthur Brown, it should have read Arthur Brown Davis, 10 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Davis, of Ripley, O. OSBORNE - Owen Osborne of Tannery, aged 84, died Sunday. Besides his wife he is survived by ten children-six girls and four boys. STONE - Mrs. Mary E. Stone pass away Saturday, at the home of her son, Sylvester, at Thor. She was over 86 years of age. Five children are left to mourn her loss. Burial services were held on Monday and she was laid to rest in the Stone cemetery. _________ Teutonia We are sorry to report the serious illness of Mrs. Emma Osborne, who is threatened with pneumonia. Her son Fred, went to Vanceburg to consult a doctor Saturday. Today, Monday, she is reported somewhat better. We failed to here of the serious illness of Mrs. Elsie Armstrong until last Sunday although she had been sick near two weeks. We are glad to say that she is improving. Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Osborne were in Vanceburg, on business, Monday. Henry O. Osborn returned home here last week. Duke, deceased, be equally divided between my son Samuel S. Duke, my daughter Anne E. Freeman, and my sister Annetta Gatewood; and I also will that the lands on the knobs, which was purchased of W. H. Cooke being ninety-nine acres be equally divided between my son Samuel S. Duke, my daughter Anne E. Freeman, and my sister Annatta Gatewood. 2nd It is is my will and desire that the lands that I purchased of William T. Duke, it being the same that was set apart to him as his interest in his father, Thomas T.
