Butler, 80, resident of Paris, obtained a marriage license from County Clerk Pearce Paton here this afternoon to wed Miss Grace Wolf, 29, of Cynthiana. Judge George Batterton performed the ceremony at the courthouse. The bridegroom is the father of Richard Butler of the Fordham Hotel in this city, and of David Butler owner of the Butler Taxi Company in Paris. Both Mr. Butler and his bride have been married before, this being the third marriage for the bridegroom. They will reside in Paris. It was a very quiet wedding, owing to a recent bereavement in the groom's family, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Gains were the only ones present. Reverend McCreedy performed the marriage ceremoney. Immediately after the wedding the bride and groom left for a short trip, and on their return they will go to housekeeping in their new home near Millville, which the groom has furnished very handsomely. Miss Gaines is the pretty and popular daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Gaines, while Mr. Shy is the manager of the Old Crow Distillery.
