Marshall County Guardian Bond book, page 165 or 105. (My copy faded)

Guardian's Bond
The Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Whereas, Jacob Peck has been appointed by the County Court of Marshall County, and qualified 
as Guardian to T. A., H. E., and W. P. Averitt minors.

Now we Jacob Peck as principal and James Story his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with 
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Jacob Peck will faithfully discharge the trust
of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.

Signed this 18th day of September, 1883
