That the said soldier was not in the military or naval service of the United States except as stated above.... That the said soldier was born May 16, 1837 ... that his occupation was farming. That she was married under the name of Lucy M. Robinson (lined through) Murray to said soldier at near East fork Ky on the 19 day of August 1901 by Rev. W. M. Kidd; that there was no legal barrier to the marriage; that she had been previously married, that the soldier had been previously married. That she was never divorced from said soldier and that she has not remarried since his death. That said soldier left no children under 16 years of age.
