F. Lawson wife of J. W. Lawson and J. W. Lawson her husband parties of the first part and R. M. Hazel party of the second part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty five dollars cash in hand paid by R. M. Hazel to the parties of the first part the receipt of which is here acknowledged the said parties of the first part have sold and do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto R. M. Hazel a certain lot or parcel of ground in Union County Kentucky near the town of Sturgis and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on a stone on the North Side of Providence Road thence N 15 15 E 350 feet to a stake corner to the Cumberland Iron and Land Company's Land thence along said Companys line N 75 30 W 250 feet to a stake in the middle of the Morganfield and Marion Road original corner of the Smallwood property and the Casey Work thence along said raod S 5 45 W 175 feet to a stake in the middle of said Road thence S 75 30 E 137 feet to a stake then S 12 20 W 178 feet to a stone on the North side of the Providence Road thence S 74 30 E 76 feet to the beginning and being the same lot conveyed by John M. Waggener commissioner of the Union Circuit Court in case of Richard Jones vs. John Smallwood executors to S. F. Lawon and recorded in Deed book N 45 on page 98 of the Union County clerks office to have and to hold unto the said R. M. Hazel and his heirs and assigns together with clause of general warranty of title together with all the appurtunaces thereunto belonging . In witness of which the said S. F. Lawsin and J. W. Lawon have hereunto set tehir hands on the day and date above written. Wit C. Wall S. F. Lawon (her X mark) J. W. Lawson (his X mark) State of Arkansas County of Green Be it remembered that on this day came before me the undersigned a Notary Public within and for the county aforesaid duly commissioned and acting S. F. Lawson wife of J. W. Lawson and J. W. Lawson her husband to me call known as granted in foregoing deed and stated that they had executed the same for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth. Witness my hand and seal of office as such Notary Public on this the 2nd day of Sept. 1893 My commission expires C.
